Job summary

Sandpiper Hospitality (SH) seeks a Guest Services Ambassador (GSA) to serve as the hotel’s face at the front desk in Stafford, VA. You will drive front desk efficiency, greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and coordinate reservations while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll ensure safety, assist with property operations, handle guest relations, and support revenue-generating activities. This full-time role requires on-site presence and a proactive, energetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience by greeting guests warmly and soliciting feedback.
• Coordinate front desk operations including check-ins/outs, reservations, property tours, and events.
• Ensure safety of the building and occupants and respond to emergencies per procedure.
• Support revenue generation through upselling ancillary offerings.
