Job summary

Sandpiper Hospitality in White Marsh, MD, seeks a Guest Services Ambassador (GSA) to be the hotel’s face and service champion at the front desk. This full-time role requires delivering exceptional guest experiences and coordinating day-to-day front desk operations.

You will drive guest satisfaction, manage check-ins and reservations, ensure safety, and work with other departments to maintain service excellence. A paid 30-minute meal break is provided, and you stay on site during shifts.

Qualifications

• This dynamic role requires you to conduct all front desk operations in an efficient, accurate, and thorough manner.
• Provide an excellent guest experience by greeting guests warmly and offering assistance, and solicit feedback to determine satisfaction.
• Coordinate all front desk operations such as check-ins, move-outs, renewals, reservations, property tours, and events.
• Ensure safety of the building and occupants, knowing procedures for emergencies and daily inspections.
• Execute the lead management process and review studio inventory to maximize revenue.
