Job summary

Sandpiper Hospitality is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador at the CWS Front Desk in Charleston, South Carolina. This part-time role positions you as the essential first impression and main contact for guests, handling front desk operations with care and enthusiasm to ensure an exceptional guest experience 24/7.

You will blend hospitality with administrative duties, greeting guests, processing check-ins, managing reservations, and supporting safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Intermediate computer operation and effective communication with staff and guests.
• Conflict management, negotiation, and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience by greeting guests warmly.
• Coordinate front desk operations including check-ins, reservations and tours.
• Ensure safety and compliance and respond to emergencies per procedure.
• Document work activity and relevant logs.
• Execute lead management and sales objectives to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with all departments to support operations 24/7.
