You’ll use our point-of-sale system, process payments, and upsell accommodations and amenities to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm welcome to guests and manage check-in/check-out with accuracy.
• Process charges and payments using the POS system and issue receipts.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area information.
• Upsell hotel amenities and services to maximize revenue.
• Respond to guest requests promptly, resolve issues with care and urgency.
