Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate in Florida to warmly welcome guests from around the world and assist from check-in to checkout.

You will share information about the resort, provide room rate quotes, and help guests with reservations while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and folios. The role emphasizes hospitality with heart, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a warm welcome from registration to checkout.
• Guide guests through registration, issue unit keys, and share resort information.
• Process cash and card transactions following procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm individual and group reservations.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes and promptly respond to inquiries.
