Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Club is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent to assist Owners and guests with villa check-ins, amenities overview, and local activities.

You will listen attentively to questions, coordinate with departments to resolve issues, explain room features, and ensure guests leave satisfied. Flexibility for weekends/holidays and standing for extended periods are expected, with a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Checks Owners/guests into villas and reviews amenities, services, hours, and local activities.
• Actively listens and responds to guests' questions and requests and coordinates with other departments to resolve issues.
• Explains room features to guests (e.g., key, ice, vending areas).
• Follows up with Owners/guests to ensure requests are met to their satisfaction.
• Answers telephone calls and routes them to the proper department.
• May assist with bellman and runner duties as needed.
