Hyatt Vacation Club is seeking a Guest Services Agent to assist Owners and guests with villa check-ins, local information, and service requests, delivering memorable vacation experiences.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to greet guests professionally and resolve inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Check Owners/guests into villas and explain amenities and hours.
• Respond to questions and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
• Explain room features and guide guests on local activities.
• Follow up to ensure guest requests are met to satisfaction.
• Answer calls and route to appropriate departments; assist with bellman duties when needed.
