Responsibilities

• Check Owners/guests into villas for their stay and review property amenities, services and hours.
• Actively listen and respond to guests' questions, concerns and requests and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Identify and explain room features to guests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Answer telephone calls and route to proper department; assist with bellman and runner duties if needed.
• Welcome and greet guests, interact professionally with colleagues and guests, and contribute to team goals.
