Qualifications

• Maintains reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Able to move throughout the hotel (standing, walking, kneeling, bending).

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-ins/check-outs, verify billing, create reservations and process special requests.
• Provide knowledge of hotel property, local attractions and operating hours.
• Upsell rooms and amenities to maximize revenue.
• Follow cash handling procedures and cost control guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to policies and procedures.
