Responsibilities

• Promptly post charges; ensure accuracy in daily transactions.
• Maintain working knowledge of Front Office systems and routine procedures.
• Manage cash handling and guest payments, making change as needed.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Know hotel rates, discounts and cancellation procedures.
• Take same-day reservations quickly and follow relocation procedures when necessary.
