Job summary

Mall of America in Bloomington, MN is seeking a part-time Guest Services Representative to assist guests at the Mall's Guest Service desks, answer questions, and help with directions and rentals.

The role requires strong communication, cash handling, and a friendly, proactive attitude; shifts include holidays, weekends, and high-demand days. Experience preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Previous guest service experience and cash handling preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous service to guests at guest service locations.
• Greet guests, uncover needs, and problem solve with them.
• Assist guests with equipment rentals, directions, and general questions about the Mall.
• Assist guests with trip planning and guidance about the Mall area.
• Handle cash transactions on Mall POS systems.
• Assist guests via desk, phone, and online chat.
