Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver outstanding guest experiences and manage daily front desk operations. You’ll greet guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, and coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service or guest-facing experience.
• Prior hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally to create a welcoming first impression.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs and handle payments accurately.
• Recognize Marriott Bonvoy members and provide personalized service.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues promptly with service recovery techniques.
• Answer calls, manage reservations, and share important information clearly.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and other teams for seamless service.
• Maintain accurate guest records and shift reports.
• Promote hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and calm demeanor during peak times.
