Responsibilities

• Check guests into villas and review amenities, hours, and local activities.
• Respond to guest questions and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Explain room features and access, such as keys, ice, and vending areas.
• Follow up to ensure guest requests are met to satisfaction.
• Answer phone calls and route to appropriate departments.
• Assist with bellman and runner duties as needed.
• Uphold guest experience and company standards.
