Qualifications

• Availability to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Check Owners/guests into villas and review amenities, services, hours, and local activities.
• Listen and respond positively to guests' questions and requests; coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Explain room features to guests (e.g., keys, ice, vending areas).
• Follow up with Owners/guests to ensure requests are met to satisfaction.
• Answer telephone calls and route to proper department.
