WoodSpring Suites Sulphur is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver attentive, courteous service to guests from arrival through departure, while maximizing occupancy and revenue. The role handles reservations and inquiries during shifts and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include smooth check-ins/outs, answering questions about hotel services and local area, managing packages, and maintaining front desk operations in line with Lexima brand policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and basic arithmetic.

Responsabilités

• Provide attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
• Respond to guests' requests, problems, complaints and/or accidents at the front desk or through reservations with follow-up for guest satisfaction.
• Answer all guest inquiries about hotel services and the area.
• Ensure delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests.
• Comply with Lexima/Brand policies and sell according to guidelines.
• Be familiar with rates, packages and promotions and manage suite inventory.
• Operate the front desk computer system and manage cash handling.
