Job summary

Staybridge Suites is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver attentive, courteous service to guests before arrival and throughout their stay. You will handle reservations, check-ins/outs, and inquiries, while upselling available services and maintaining smooth front desk operations.

The role requires strong communication, cash handling skills, and the ability to work under pressure, including weekends and holidays. No relocation offered; on-site work in Wichita, KS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality management degree preferred.
• Experience in hospitality and cash handling desirable.
• Ability to assimilate complex information and data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests pre-arrival and during stay.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Respond to guest requests, problems and inquiries promptly and follow up for satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, rates, packages and promotions.
• Operate front desk computer system and ensure accurate cash handling.
