Job summary

Shaner Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver friendly, efficient guest services at our hotel in Sebring, FL. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, provide information on local attractions, and ensure payments are processed according to hotel policies.

The role requires strong communication skills, clinical comfort with computer systems, and a willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and coworkers.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out and guest assistance.
• Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements.
• Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
• Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
• Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned.
