Job summary

Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, and manage reservations. You will answer inquiries and coordinate with the team for a seamless stay.

The ideal candidate has a combination of education and experience, is able to read and write in English, and can work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Hotel/ hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform check-in/check-out with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries or concerns.
• Coordinate with the Front Office team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
