Job summary

B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to greet guests, process check-ins/outs, and assist with reservations at our hotel in the Washington, DC area. You will provide knowledge of local attractions and hotel outlets while delivering exceptional service.

Candidates should have 1+ year of guest service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. EEO AA M/F/Vet/Disabled.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and local attractions is a plus.

• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing and reservations.
