Zusammenfassung

Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a Guest Services Agent to ensure exceptional front desk service and guest relations during shifts. You will handle check-ins, information delivery, and interactions that reflect our Sonesta service standards.

The role includes processing payments, upselling rooms, and coordinating with other shifts to maintain smooth operations across the hotel. A holiday and weekend schedule is often required.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of previous hotel experience, or retail customer service preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Opera systems preferred.
• ServSafe and/or TIPS certifications may be required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Aufgaben

• Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and location.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
• Maintain cash and guest information security.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and information updates.
• Upsell rooms to maximize revenue.
• Follow seasonal reservation strategies and pricing guidance.
• Coordinate with shifts and management to ensure service quality.
• Assist with shoppe and pour service and ensure product delivery.
• Adhere to laws regarding alcohol service and safety.
