Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading a Front Office team in a service-focused hotel or resort.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong desire to make an impact on others.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Strong computer skills and experience with PMS systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office operations and lead the team to deliver the Wanderlust guest experience.
• Manage budget, labor costs, forecast and review monthly P&L.
• Develop and mentor Front Desk Agents, Bell Staff, Concierge.
• Ensure training materials are used; implement coaching and career planning.
• Monitor room inventory, rate, availability and optimize ADR to maximize revenue.
• Participate in Revenue Optimization Committee meetings.
• Lead by example in professional guest interactions and service recovery.
