Job summary

Cambria Hotel Nashville Downtown is seeking a Concierge to create memorable experiences for guests and provide top-notch service. You will act as the main knowledge source for guests about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.

• Establishing relationships with local area restaurants, shops and attractions.
• Help to resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.
• Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty.
• Assist other departments as needed.

What you will have an opportunity to do: We are looking for a highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as a Concierge. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable impression for our guests through assisting with the planning of their stay. The Concierge is the top source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.
