Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Guest Services Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the front desk and be the first contact for guests. You will register arrivals, process payments, and share information about services and local areas.

Responsibilities include assisting with reservations and upselling where appropriate, while maintaining security and accuracy of cash and guest data. The role requires mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Experience in hotel front desk or retail customer service preferred.
• Ability to book reservations and upsell rooms when appropriate.
• Basic math and cash handling ability.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and issue room keys; answer phones promptly.
• Process cash/credit transactions and maintain cash security.
• Assist with reservations, cancellations, and guest requests.
• Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Support operations and ensure guest satisfaction per standards.
