Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Guest Services Agent to ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for resort guests during the day and evening. You will manage check-ins at kiosks and the desk, address guest needs, and create memorable moments with a positive, professional attitude.

Guest Services Agent

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aGuest Services Agent.In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for resort guests during the day and into the evening. This position is responsible for managing check-ins at the kiosk and the desk, addressing guest needs and creating memorable moments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, guest-focused, and able to work on a team with professionalism, positivity and calm under pressure.

Starting Rate: $15.00

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Leading the guests through the check-in experience at our kiosks and the desk.
• Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
• Answer guest inquiries about resort services, facilities, restaurants, transportation, and hours of operation in a timely manner.
• Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
