Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Guest Service Agent. You will provide attentive, courteous service to guests during check-in, stay, and checkout, managing kiosk and front desk check-ins and addressing guest needs to create memorable experiences.

Starting as early as September, pay rate $17-$18 per hour. You will be the first smiling face guiding guests and supporting a smooth guest experience at this resort destination.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive and outgoing personality.
• Must be computer-savvy and provide excellent guest service during reservations and bookings.
• Knowledge of basic hotel functions and check-in programs.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly during check-in and check-out, at kiosks and front desk.
• Assist guests with reservations, bookings, and questions about resort services and hours.
• Communicate with team and follow Kalahari Promise service expectations.
• Handle packages, mail, and messages for guests and meeting rooms.
• Provide responsive, friendly service at all times.

Guest Service Agent

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Guest Service Agent.In this role, you will provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout. You’ll be responsible for managing check-ins at both the kiosk and the front desk, addressing guest needs, and creating memorable moments. You’ll often be the first point of contact for our guests, many of whom have traveled hours to visit. You’re the first smiling face to welcome them and orient them to this amazing destination!

Position starting as early as September.

Pay Rate - $17 - $18/Hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Leading the guests through the check-in experience at our kiosks and the desk.
• Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
• Answer guest inquiries about resort services, facilities, restaurants, transportation, and hours of operation in a timely manner.
• Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
