Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells is seeking a friendly Guest Service Ambassador to assist guests at check-in, during their stay, and at check-out. You will help create memorable experiences and ensure guests receive responsive, courteous service.

No experience is required—training is provided. We value a collaborative, respectful leadership style and a proactive attitude that supports team members and delivers exceptional guest service.

• No experience necessary; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
• Answer guest inquiries about resort services, facilities, restaurants, transportation, and hours of operation in a timely manner.
• Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.

Guest Service Ambassador

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aGuest Service Ambassador. In this role, you will need a friendly and enthusiastic attitude to help guests during their check-in, stay, and check-out. Ensuring each person leaves with memories that last a lifetime.Your role will be key in delivering top-notch service and making every guest’s experience truly exceptional.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.
