Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Waterpark Front Desk Supervisor to lead the waterpark front desk operations, manage a team, and drive guest satisfaction. You will handle revenue sales, daily reporting, and guest transactions while embodying our Promise: Lead with Love.

Waterpark Front Desk Supervisor

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aWaterpark Front Desk Supervisor.Inthispositionyou willbe responsible forinternal waterpark revenue sales, preparing reliable daily reports,assistingguestsand processing transactions. You’ll oversee the waterpark front desk daily operations and team to achieveobjectivesin sales, employee retention, beyondexpectationsguest service and satisfaction, cleanliness, and sanitation.

Pay Rate - $18 - $19/Hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills, good customer relation skills and have great attention to detail
• Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the issues raised by Associates, Supervisors, Department Heads, Senior Management, and guests.
