Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Spotsylvania County, VA is seeking an Overnight Guest Service Agent. You will warmly welcome guests, lead check-ins at our kiosks and front desk, and provide attentive service throughout the night to ensure a seamless stay.

Shifts run 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Earn $17–$18 per hour plus a benefits package. We value positive, outgoing people who are computer-savvy and ready to deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Overnight Guest Service Agent

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking an Overnight Guest Service Agent. In this role, you will provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests during check‑in, throughout their stay, and at checkout. You’ll be responsible for managing check‑ins at both the kiosk and the front desk, addressing guest needs, and creating memorable moments. You’ll often be the first point of contact for our guests, many of whom have traveled hours to visit. You’re the first smiling face to welcome them and orient them to this amazing destination. This overnight position operates between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, providing essential guest support and service throughout the night to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

Pay Rate -

$17 - $18/Hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Leading the guests through the check‑in experience at our kiosks and the desk.
• Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
• Answer guest inquiries about resort services, facilities, restaurants, transportation, and hours of operation in a timely manner.
• Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
