Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Front Desk Agent. You will assist resort guests during check-in, stay, and check-out while delivering a beyond-expectation guest experience. You’ll embody Lead with Love as you guide, support, and inspire associates to provide attentive, courteous service.

The role requires 1–2 years of front desk/guest service experience with open availability including overnights. A comprehensive benefits package is included for full-time associates.

• Oversee daily operations of guests during check-in, stay, and check-out.
• Fully comprehend and operate Front Desk systems, copiers, fax machines and other office equipment.
• Ensure guests are checked in/out in a friendly, efficient, courteous and confidential manner.
• Log and deliver packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
• Answer guest inquiries about resort services, facilities and hours of operation.

Front Desk Agent

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aFront Desk Agent. In this role, you willbe responsible for assisting resort guests during their check-in, stay, & check out while providing a beyond expectation resort experience to all guests.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise toLead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’llbe responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.

$14/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations ofguests during their check-in, stay, & check out
• Fully comprehend and operate all relevant aspects of the Front Desk computer system, copiers, fax machines and other office equipment
• Ensure that all guests are checked in/out in a friendly, efficient, courteous and confidential manner based on resort standards
• Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms
• Answer guest inquiries about resort services, facilities and hours of operation in a timely manner.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years’ front desk/guest service experience
• Open availability including overnights
• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary
• Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying issues
