Job summary

The Industrialist Pittsburgh is seeking a Guest Services Agent to warmly welcome guests, process check-ins and check-outs, and respond to guest needs to ensure a positive stay.

This role requires strong customer service, multitasking in a fast-paced hotel environment, basic data entry, and coordination with housekeeping and maintenance. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.
