Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality services at our facility.

You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and park/retrieve vehicles in a friendly and efficient manner to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience. Responsibilities include guiding guests, answering questions about local attractions, managing ticket and key systems, and handling basic revenue collection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• One month related experience or training, or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally using last names where applicable.
• Provide hospitality services and assist with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and area information.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; manage keys, claims checks and ticket information.
