Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• 1 month of related experience or training, or an equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and assist with luggage.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Provide bell services and assist with luggage storage as needed.
• Offer directions, taxis, and local information; communicate amenities and main attractions.
