Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Newport, RI to provide friendly hospitality, park and retrieve guest vehicles, and assist with luggage during arrival and departure. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and guest satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

The position offers flexible shifts, paid base rate with tips, and opportunities to assist guests with directions and local amenities. Training is provided to ensure professional, courteous service across all interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to commute.
• 1 month related experience or training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients; greet guests using names.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with bell services and luggage storage.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; manage ticketing and claim checks in the valet system.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and local information; assist with guest inquiries.
• Accurately record and report vehicle and guest information and assist with revenue collection as needed.
