Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Providence, RI to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and helping with luggage during arrival and departure.

The role emphasizes greeting guests by last name, maintaining a friendly, professional tone, and providing directions and local information. The position runs Mon-Fri 1pm-6pm and offers benefits and a 16.00 USD hourly base pay.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Licensure, Certification, etc.: Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable).
• Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide hospitality services with a friendly demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with bell services and luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests and manage tickets and keys.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and local area information.
