Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality for guests arriving and departing. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles, assist with luggage, and deliver luggage between locations where needed.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering inquiries, and explaining parking rates. The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and adherence to safety procedures during shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license within commute distance.
• One month related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Ability to read and write standard English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage parking and vehicle retrieval in a prompt, safe manner.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services where applicable.
• Provide directions, taxi and reservation information; convey facility amenities to guests.
