Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality as guests arrive and depart. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and help park and retrieve vehicles promptly and safely while maintaining friendly, professional interactions.

Responsibilities include guiding guests about parking rates, processing tickets, and aiding with direction or local inquiries. A focus on accuracy and courteous service per shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1 month related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide hospitality.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Maintain accurate ticket information and assist with revenue handling when required.
