Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks a Guest Service Supervisor to lead staff, ensure store standards, and uphold guest service excellence. You will supervise daily tasks, coach teammates, greet guests, and enforce safety, security, and quality policies on the sales floor and at the register.

You will also manage cash processes, replenish stock, respond to guest inquiries, and coordinate vendor check-ins, with flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring all duties set by management are performed.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies and practices.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards and maintain cash levels.
• Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, etc.).
• Support 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
