Global Partners LP seeks a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee store operations, supervise staff, and ensure our guests have an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities include coaching employees, greeting guests, maintaining safety and cleanliness, managing POS transactions, and addressing inquiries and vendor checks.

This role requires flexibility for day/evening shifts and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise employees to ensure duties are performed as directed by management.
• Coaching employees with constructive feedback to help perform tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the POS and maintain proper cash levels.
• Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed.
• Address inquiries and questions from guests and check in vendors.
