Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, ensure smooth store operations, and enhance the guest experience. You will lead by coaching, greet guests, and enforce safety and policy standards on the selling floor and register area.

The role requires flexible hours, strong organization, and at least 18 years old. You will manage cash processes, replenishment, and vendor check-ins while maintaining a welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supervising staff preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends or holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees making sure they are performing all duties directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Follow established safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards; maintain cash levels with supervised staff.
• Ensure store housekeeping is completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, etc.).
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes (deposits, lottery, gift cards, checks).
• Restock products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
