Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store teams, uphold standards, and ensure smooth daily operations. You will supervise staff, coach performance, greet guests, and uphold safety and cash procedures.

With a focus on guest experience and efficient store operations, you will manage POS transactions, merchandise replenishment, inquiries, and vendor check-ins while supporting management to meet store objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail or guest services experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
