Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will coach team members, manage cash processes, greet guests, and uphold safety and quality standards across the store.

The role requires flexibility for various hours and the ability to access all areas of the store, including the selling floor and register area. 18+ and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in guest service or supervision is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure management directives are followed.
• Coach staff with constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Enforce safety, security, quality, and store operations policies.
• Operate POS and manage cash levels for supervised staff.
• Maintain store housekeeping and 24/7 guest service programs.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, and gift cards.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and respond to guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with vendors according to guidelines.
