Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold safety and service standards in our retail locations. You will supervise employees, coach performance, greet guests, manage cash processes, and maintain inventory and housekeeping to support daily store operations.

This role requires flexibility to work day, evening, weekends, and holidays, with a high school diploma as a baseline.

Qualifications

• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform duties as directed by management.
• Coach staff with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the POS and manage cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping and 24/7 guest service programs are observed.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks.
• Replenish stock to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
