Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, coach on tasks, greet guests, and ensure compliance with safety and store policies. The role includes cash handling, POS operations, and maintaining 24/7 guest service programs.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and the ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be at least 18 and able to access all store areas.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform duties as directed by management.
• Coach staff using constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operation policies.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards and manage cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping and 24/7 guest service programs are executed.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Ensure products are replenished to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
