Job summary

Global Partners LP in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold store policies.

You will supervise, coach, greet guests, handle POS and cash, maintain cleanliness, and support 24/7 guest service programs. Flexibility to work day/night/weekends; must be 18+; reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to access all store areas (selling floor, stock, register).
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure they perform assigned duties.
• Provide coaching with constructive feedback to help perform tasks.
• Greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS and maintain cash levels with supervision.
• Maintain store housekeeping, cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
