Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Boise, ID to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store operations. You’ll greet guests, handle the POS, maintain cleanliness, replenish stock, and assist with vendor coordination while adhering to safety and security policies.

Flexible hours are required, with opportunities to grow through training and development programs. This role supports a Fortune 500 company committed to community and responsible growth.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and/or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
