Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks a Guest Service Supervisor to supervise staff, organize work processes, and ensure store objectives are met. You will coach employees, greet guests, and maintain a safe, clean shopping environment while upholding cash handling and POS standards.

Responsibilities include adherence to policies, processing deposits and payments, replenishing stock, addressing guest inquiries, and coordinating with vendors. Flexibility for day, night, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Supervise staff and ensure tasks align with management directives.
• Provide constructive feedback to help staff perform duties.
• Greet guests and deliver an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the POS and manage cash handling procedures.
• Maintain store housekeeping and stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and coordinate with vendors as needed.

Responsibilities
