Job summary

Global Partners LP in Vermont is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store staff and ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction. You will supervise employees, coach performance, greet guests, and maintain cash accuracy while following safety and store policies.

The role requires flexibility, 18+ years old, and the ability to access all areas of the store. Employment is full-time with benefits including health, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supervising staff and coaching employees is preferred.
• Excellent guest service and cash-handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure management directives are followed.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Follow safety, security, quality, and operations policies.
• Operate the checkout per corporate standards and manage cash.
• Maintain store housekeeping and 24/7 guest service programs.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, and gift cards where applicable.
• Replenish products to keep in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Be available for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Must be at least 18 and able to access all store areas.
