Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, coach performance, and ensure a high-quality guest experience in-store. The role will enforce safety, security, and store procedures while managing the cash and POS processes and keeping shelves stocked.

The ideal candidate is at least 18, able to work flexible hours, and capable of navigating all store areas. Reasonable movement and transport are required to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be available to work flexible hours (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all store areas: selling floor, stock, and register area.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure tasks are performed per management directives.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to policies on safety, security, quality, and store operations.
• Operate the POS and maintain proper cash levels.
• Ensure housekeeping duties are completed.
• Support 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
