Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff and daily operations, ensuring excellent guest service and adherence to company policies. The role includes coaching, cash handling, and maintaining store standards to support a positive shopping experience.

The position requires at least 18 years old, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work flexible hours. It involves access to all store areas and physical tasks up to 25 lbs; many shifts may include

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for the position.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring they perform duties directed by management.
• Coach employees by providing constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS per corporate standards and manage cash levels.
• Maintain housekeeping: cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash.
• Ensure 24/7 execution of all guest service programs.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery and gift cards.
• Restock products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
