Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store staff, coach team members, and deliver a top-notch guest experience. You will oversee POS operations, cash handling, and daily housekeeping while ensuring safety and policy compliance in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and eligible to work.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexibility to work day, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to ensure adherence to management directives.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Enforce safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate POS and manage cash levels and deposits.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping tasks.
• Ensure guest service programs run 24/7 and address inquiries.
• Replenish products to maintain stock and check vendors.
